Design Alley provides architecture, interior design, engineering coordination, licensing support, project management, and fit-out services as described in individual proposals and contracts.

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in project-specific agreements. Website content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

Payments and Bookings

Consultation bookings and project engagements may require deposits or milestone payments as specified in your proposal or contract.

All fees are quoted in the agreed currency. Late payments may incur delays in project delivery and additional charges as outlined in your agreement.

• Deposits are typically non-refundable once design work commences
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed deliverables
• Third-party costs (materials, permits, contractors) may be billed separately

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by project type and are specified in your signed agreement. Consultation fees may be non-refundable once scheduled.

Refunds for completed design work, permits, or procured materials are generally not available. Any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with your contract.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, 3D visualisations, specifications, and creative work produced by Design Alley remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and rights are expressly transferred in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for purposes outside the agreed project scope without prior written consent.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Using our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfering with website functionality or security
• Harassing our staff or other users

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Alley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For projects delivered in the UAE or other jurisdictions, additional local terms may apply as specified in your project agreement.
